3. Client Engagements and Deliverables
All software engineering, app development, and consulting projects are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed between Synex Infotech and the client. Project timelines, milestones, payment schedules, and ownership of deliverables will be explicitly defined in those agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Synex Infotech, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. Synex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our deliverables.

Synex Infotech is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for the resolution of any disputes.
