We focused on highly secure data pipelines and real-time visualization of workforce health indicators, allowing HR departments to make data-driven decisions about employee well-being and safety.

HR and wellness teams struggled with slow, manual entry of employee biometric records and wellness feedback. The paper-heavy workflow resulted in high human-error rates, delayed diagnostic reports, and security issues failing HIPAA compliance standards for sensitive patient data.
Our Engineering Approach
We designed a HIPAA-compliant digital ecosystem featuring automated data syncing. By designing branching-logic questionnaires and connecting BLE-enabled biometric assessment devices directly to a secure cloud platform, we eliminated manual entry, automated diagnostic PDF reporting, and enabled secure, real-time aggregate HR dashboards.
